Before You Begin--Please Read This for Your Benefit
Like all other online applications, ASAP will only work for you if you have the correct settings on your computer. The vast majority of our users have had no problems, but we have identified a few things you need to watch out for. Here are some things that we *know* may cause you problems in ASAP:

• Older versions of Netscape, Mozilla or Firefox Internet Browsers

• Older versions of Macintosh (Apple) Computers

• Your browser must be configured to accept cookies and have JavaScript enabled

IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE--BEFORE YOU CALL FOR HELP:

1. Check the list of trouble spots above

2. Try a different computer--at home, at another workstation, etc.

3. Enlist the help of someone with technological experience

Coaches, you need your password located on your Governor's Cup Coaches' Manual. Scorers, you need your password found on your Guide for [District or Regional] Head Scorer. If you have lost either password, email kaac@kaac.com and include your grade level, school name and city.
