KAAC offers written assessment examinations in five subject areas:
To find out more about the content areas for the tests, click here. Middle Grades and High School exams consist of 50 questions and are multiple choice. Elementary exams consist of 25 questions and are multiple choice. Each exam concludes with one open-response tie-breaker question that is scored ONLY if ties occur among the top five places. The open-response question is evaluated on a six-point scale for content area correctness.
